How we use your information

Australian Property Assessment Pty Ltd, which provides the APAVAL property valuation service, collects your name, contact details, and details about the property and your order. If we ask for documents or photos, it also collects what you send. We use this information to check your order, prepare your report, contact you and take payment. If you don't provide it, we may not be able to prepare a report.

Our order form uses set rules to check your answers, and you can ask a person to review any decision about your order. A member of our team prepares every report and sets the value, and our team reviews it before release. We don't use AI to produce the value.

Our website and its order records are run by Cloudflare, which may store and process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Our payment provider, Stripe, may process payment details overseas, including in the United States, and our web fonts come from Google, which receives your IP address. We share information only with service providers who help us run our service, with a professional valuer if you ask us to refer you, or where the law requires it.
