APAVAL values property across Victoria. A desktop property assessment of a standard home, unit or vacant lot is $99 + GST ($108.90 incl. GST), for today's date or any past date. Standard residential fees are fixed in Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo; elsewhere in VIC we confirm the fee in writing before you accept.
