What changes the price?
- Inspection. A site visit costs more than a desktop report.
- The property. High-value, unusual, commercial, rural and development property takes more work and is quoted first.
- The purpose. Family law, court and disputed matters need a fuller report and are quoted per matter. Stamp duty and related-party transfers are quoted individually.
- Location. Standard residential fees are fixed in the major centres of NSW, VIC, the ACT and the NT; elsewhere the fee is confirmed in writing first.
What doesn't change the price?
The valuation date. Past dates cost the same as today's date. A second date for the same property is $149 + GST ($163.90 incl. GST).
Add-ons
